“These arrived on Tuesday and my daughter took 1 an hour before bed time and went to sleep alot quicker than usual. She is 9 and was getting it hard to fall asleep every night with the worst night she wasn't sleeping to after 12 so was exhausted the next day. I was expecting not to see any improvements for a week or so but she has been taking these for three nights now and there has been a massive improvement as she has been sleeping before 9 every night. Definitely worth buying”
