“These gummies are so easy for my child to take better than other brands we've tried. I bought these with the night time gummies to help soothe her nervous system at night. For the past month we take them with dinner or after and carry on our nightly routine. By bedtime she is ready to snuggle down listen to her tonies stories and close her eyes. That is a huge difference from a month or two ago where we would be fighting to get her to snuggle down she would be flinging herself into the pillows or rolling around her bed or keep getting up. Before It would take 30 put back to beds before she finally gave in cried and then exhausted herself until she was tired to close her eyes. Now we do our routine accept instead of her bouncing around and messing about there is alot more calm before bedtime and she is ready to sleep. I wish we had tried these sooner!!!”

“Been through a couple of jars, my son enjoys the flavour but I'm unconvinced about the efficacy of these gummies.Upon looking further into the ingredients, magnesium citrate (used in these gummies) are an effective laxative, but the body (and bowels) can become dependent on this. Magnesium glycinate is more beneficial for neurological function than the citrate form that is contained in these gummies.I'm going to try an alternative supplement containing the glycinate compound and see if that works any better for my son.”
