“My children love these gummies! We find giving them one about an hour before bedtime helps them to relax ready to settle down for the night. We have also noticed a difference in my youngest daughter who was waking up throughout the night with growing pains. Since taking these over 6 months she has only woken a couple of times and that was at the very start of use.”

“Didn't work for either of my children. Still wide awake 4 hours after putting them to bed. I've tried giving just before bed, half hour, an hour and 3 hours. Nothing get this to work”
