“These are brilliant! Both my 12 year old and 15 year old who could both take adult vitamins- prefer taking these.They take them in the evening and both say they help them to fall to sleep and relax in the evening!Highly recommended!”

“I'm actually quite impressed. My son has been taking these an hour / and hour and a half before bed and we have seen a difference with his sleep time. He's not as wild at night any more and is calmer. He loves them, they are super tasty. Note on the bottle: definitely keep these stored somewhere high up and out of reach because even tiny hands can open the bottle!”

“My 4 year old has not slept very well, ever! After just a few days of these he is sleeping through the night, not sneaking into our bed and waking up in the morning completely rested, as are we! Definitely recommend!”
