“My 2yo daughter (3 in a month) has always been quite shy and reserved and has NEVER been a sleeper. After reading up on the benefits of magnesium on the nervous system thought I’d give it a go. Well…..After the first month she’s so much more confident! It takes her much less time to warm up to people or feel confident around others. She’s loud and bold at the park whereas before she’d have just played near me. This could be total coincidence/growing up but I’m not stopping her taking it as I believe it’s worked a treat. I give her these alongside the multivitamin daily. The gummies are quite hard but I just make sure she’s sitting down and I watch her eat them to avoid choking. She’s still hit and miss with sleep but I have gotten used to that now!”

“This is only day 2 but there has been a big change in my daughter. She is 7 and suffers the most awful panic/anxiety attacks every night feeling sick and pale etc some night's 1am till the started to settle. She was in bed relaxing and asleep within half hour I cannot believe it not a single attack. Thanks for getting a mum to have some sleep x”

“Son takes these no issue and says they taste like sweets! Seeing some improvement with sleep and behaviour a little, need to see for longer periods how they are but can't harm in helping!”
