“Live these gummies. They re soft and taste really nice. I take 1 or 2 before falling asleep. Sometimes I sleep through until 5am, other times im awake every 2 hours so not sure if they help with sleep or not but im taking them as apparently we're all low on magnesium and they taste really good”

“Life changing. My 5 year old with suspected Autism & ADHD has always struggled with sleep and would wake up multiple times a night, every night.
