“I have had loads of random health problems since recovering from serious illness in 2022 and someone recommended I try probiotics to see if it would help bring some kind of balance back to my system. “These are great gut health gummies. Decent enough taste and easy to consume. Very simple to slot into my daily routine. It’s hard to say how effective they are but based on their ingredients I imagine them to be fairly effective. Haven’t had any morning bloating though which is positive.”

“I like the ‘gummy’ versions of supplements because they are often really tasty and I enjoy having them after my dinner in the evening. “I used to like to take the yogurty type of probiotics but as I am unable to now, these make an easy substitution. Easy to chew these gummies are very sweet and shaped like raspberries. The taste is a little odd: kind of fruity but also a bit like a wax candle. Not unpleasant though.Since I’ve been taking them (about two weeks) I have had no bloating or other digestive discomfort. I like that they are vegan. A bit on the expensive side though for a month’s supply.”
