I changed to a collegen shot rather stupidly which was way expensive and really didn't do much so I changed back When your hairdresser and friends say they can see a difference that tells you something . These are a great price great taste and I have the sugar free option. They also work perfectly with the hair skin and nail gummies”

Mainly because collagen results take time, and I’d love to see a bit more transparency on the type of collagen used (marine vs. bovine, etc.).
