“I’ve been taking these for about 2 weeks now and my nails (which are usually as malleable as warm butter) are super strong! I did have a break out I put down to stress, and my skin does clear up quite quickly anyway but I literally saw a difference in my skin after a few days. I’m really glad they’ve worked as well as they have!”
