NOT ONE INCH.ALSO, MY NAILS DID NOT GROWN SO STOPPED TAKING THEM AND SURPRISE SURPRISE MY NAILS DID START TO GROW BUT SAIDLY MY HAIR IS EXCATLY THE SAME.YET OTHER REVIEWERS SAY HOW MUCH THEIR HAIR HAS GROWN IN SUCH A SHORT TIME.AS IF. AVOID, WASTE OF MONEY.JUST ANOTHER GIMMICK.PLUS I LOOK LIKE AN OLD HAG.”
