“I gave these to the misses as she has PCOS and unfortunately after using them for a month she hadn't noticed any major difference in the symptoms.But they tasted good easy to swallow and dosage instructions were simple enough plus the plastic container was recyclable.Unfortunately for her personally they didn't seem to have any major benefit.”

“Been taking just under two weeks so far my cycle hasnâ€™t improved. Iâ€™ve broken out in the worst spots since I was a teenager.Iâ€™m bloating constantly.But the postive i suffer with facial hair that I have to remove every day or by day two I have full on stubble. But itâ€™s been 3 days since my last hair removal and itâ€™s only just coming in so I could make it to day 4. Mood swings are better I am more stable.They also taste amazing”

“These are tasty and I look forward to taking them - am now on my third bottle. I havenâ€™t really noticed any difference in my pcos symptoms yetâ€¦ I have really frequent periods and have noticed they have lengthened out to a slightly more â€œnormalâ€ (still not great) cycle. Perhaps these tablets have helped!”
