“Has not stopped puppy pulling. When fitted on puppy front strap tends to pull around with any pressure on lead. The size of puppy means clip is under stomach which is very hard todo upland undo. The lead which was bought separately and attaches to both front d rind and one on back is a good purchase.”
“Everyone recommended this Harness but I have found it not very good for my shepherd. We got a M it fits but after using it becames lose really quickly and you cannot tighten it further. The harness doesn't feel sturdy and she was still able to pull. The clips are quite small and not that easy to get on and off our dog. I have recently tried a Gentle Leader and it is far superior. Don't waste your money on a Halti and get the Gentle Leader.”
“I almost gave up walking my almost 3 year old Amstaffy who is super active and always overtakes when we go for a walk. As sson as she put Halti Harness on, she is became a behaving dog. If you have a dog who always runs around and overtakes you, it is a must have item. LOVE IT.”
“Well worth checking the fitting guide as my dog (male GR) fits a Medium.
With the two interlocking rings and the collar clip, it needed a real pull to get the attached lead to one side. When I changed sides with my dog, the same thing, having to pull it hard to get it to the other side. I understand the need for the safety clip but I have now cut the second ring and the clip off. The clip is now attached to the ring between the shoulders (with a cord) then onto his collar. The remaining single ring under the chest works freely now.
In future I'd buy a different brand as my dog is not a strong puller, just needs brought back to heel on occasion.”
“Absolutly amazed by the product! Using it on a 1yr old rotti and hes just a different dog when walking him. Highly recommend using one if you have a highly enegetic dog!!”
