“Till I learn to raw feed 100% Acana is great!
We have a golden retriever who had 11 premature pups... they are thriving and huge! Plus she lost no weight after birth! You had to push to feel her ribs even!
Plenty of milk.
She'll be weaned back onto the adult food soon. There are too many pros to care about price! Because there are no fillers the dogs are getting 100% of what they need and so don't need as much. Meaning the bags last a long time and you don't pay that much more.
Wonderful and totally worth the money!”
“Bull Mastiff puppy was a little unsure at first as we moved him on to this from Orijen Large Breed Puppy, which he absolutely loved. But he is now steaming through it and is thriving just as well as he did on the Orijen.”
“I love this brand dog food because of it's awesome nutritional profile (I did a lot of research into which was the best dry dog food & Acana/Orijin always came out on top) and top quality ingredients without any fillers or junky add ons. Unfortunately my Labrador puppy doesn't think it's that great. I'm not sure if it's because the kibble size is too big (it is the same size as the adult Acana kibble) or if it's the taste she doesn't like but she always leaves them in her bowl...which for a Lab is unusual! Might try another flavour as my last dog was so healthy & full of energy on this brand so I'm reluctant to give up on it all together but think it is my dog rather than the product.”
“My puppy loves it. I've swapped him over from Hill's Science Diet, and he is loving it. Made from ingredients I understand, I'm super happy to feed it to my growing puppy.”
“I was keen to try a dry food without grains and fillers. After reading many positive reviews on Acana we changed. I noticed a change in my goldies coat very quickly - her coat became much softer and shinier after changing. Never a biscuit left in the bowl and always a happy girl. Ends up to be better value than the Pet shop high quality" food she was on previously as we feed her less on Acana."”
