Hi Nasrin, really sorry to hear you weren't happy with your pillow. We have got lots of great reviews on these pillows but comfort is subjective and sometimes it just isn't a perfect fit. It is industry standard to not accept returns on pillows that have been opened due to hygiene reasons, we hope you can understand.
