“An error was made in providing this product however, having notified Printerinks they were very quick in correcting this error without unreasonable delay. This product is first class as are all items from this company. Pleasant to deal with and easily accessible in all situations with helpful staff. Highly recommended.”

“Never received delivery after 11 days from order. Have now been told there is a stock issue. Really disappointed with this service as have been ordering for many years with no problems until now. I need the cartridges for a deadline this Friday. Have had to cancel and purchase elsewhere.”
