“I did not recieve my printer ink which went to a different address. The 'proof of delivery' did not match my poste code and I adised the Sales department to put my address into the internet and compare with Evri 'Proof of delivery' phot sht. I think that action persuadeded your sales department that I had not recieved the ink and your Customer Service department sent me another pack of ink (with DPD) the very next day. I hope you have resolved the issue with Evri.”

“I bought this product with a credit as the usual compatible ink cartrige I had bought previously was faulty. and returned. Service from PrinterInks was good if a little slow on this. This Original Cartridge arrived before Printerinks emailed me details of despatch. I am gonna assume they will work fine as I have never had a problem with original cartridges, but they are very expensive compared with compatible ones. This particular one can be bought cheaper elsewhere, but thought I had better use my credit as I don't print a lot and they usually last ages”
