“While I am still a bit mystified as to why I received these cartridges, my query was very promptly answered and I happily accept that it was some sort of mix up for which I have not been charged. No having tried the cartridges in question I cannot (yet) answer as to how well they will perform. This experience would tend to encourage me to use them in future rather than the opposit!”
