“I'm not having a moan about the ink. I not happy with the customer service aspect of the operation. I recently ordered the above cartridge and between the time the cartridge was ordered and delivered, my printer packed up and was replaced for another which meant the cartridge wasn't compatible with the new printer. To that end I contacted the company to explain all that and to have my cartridge changed over for the new one requested. I haven't heard a thing back. NOT GOOD customer service in my book and another example of having to use online shopping. Bring back our shops !!”

“The product is ok. the company service is not. Given discount codes which are just a con, they don't give you a saving at all. Order form tells you they are "inappropriate" for your product. Charge for next day delivery but do not deliver until 4 days later. Don't answer complaints and when chased up they bump your complaint to end of queue.”
