“The Colour cartridge simply wouldn't work - the printer rejected it as faulty or damaged, despite trying everything the support staff at Printerinks suggested. They did resolve it by sending a replacement cartridge but this took a while to agree and in the meantime I had to buy another printer with free ink supply in order to finish my work assignment in time! That was NOT Printerink's fault, but if the original cartridge had been operational it wouldn't have been necessary. I haven't tried the black cartridge yet - I'll probably give them both away unopened with the old printer. Pricing was good, also fast delivery and helpful people.”

“Disaster! The black cartridge I'd received printed nothing on the paper. Reinserted:- nothing. Cleaned:- nothing. Prayed:- nothing. Contacted Printerinks. Replacement with no quibble. Contentment. A company may be judged by how well it rectifies a problem. That's why I use Printerinks.”

“Very swift delivery and colours working fine in my HPEnvy 4500 printer. Only issue was the cartridges came with orange plastic coverings with no instructioins on how to remove & wary in case I caused damage. Really easy when you figure out how though! Happy with purchase & will again buy from Pinterinks when I next need.”

“sorry to advise the it appears that the colour ink cartridge does not work in the printer. I cannot install the colour cartridge, although the black cartridge works fine.”
