“I have used printerinks for some time and they are usually excellent. On this occasion my order did not arrive, I contacted Printerinks after one week and and I eventually received the inks two weeks later than ordered - I had to buy elsewhere in the interim to keep me printing. No explanation or apology was given for the delay until I asked what had happenned - they replied to advise me of a supply glitch at their end and then I received a somewhat belated apology. I will continue to use them for printer supplies for now as they are usually Ok.”

“Quality very poor. Cannot get them to print cleanly. Tried all options on the printer to improve the qualty but no good. Have requested my money back.”
