“Hi Printerinks. The ink arrived safely and speedily. Unfortunately, the first four that I ordered were the wrong size for my new printer. But that was my fault and I'm stuck with them though unusable. The second set, for my new deskjet 2800e series simply do not work. I suspect this is because HP have made the printer this way. So now I have a total of unusable replacement ink cartidges. Shall I post them back to you as they are no good to me? I had to purchase HP printer ink for the printer to work. “i installed the cartridges into my hp envy 6032e printer. the resultant copies were an inappropriate mixture of colours. i have attemptrd to make telephone calls to your company. on each occasion the call terminates after a few minutes. i have also left repeated email messages and am awaiting a response. your attention would be most appreciated. brian o connor. ps the approval ratings given below have been given in error. i, of course, have no reason to give a ratinh other than 'poor'.”
