“The order is incorrect. What I asked for is what you appear to have illustrated above: a four-colour set plus extra black as appropiate to my HP Office Jet Pro 9010. The cases of the inks you sent me are wholly different in shape and there is no way that they could be fitted into my machine, besides which the yellow is leaking. If you will send me a returns label plus plus the correct inks I will return these inks immediately.”
