“I have already sent a review. My cartridges were not compatible with my printer. I contacted printerinks who agreed to a return and refund. i had to send details of my printer and photos of the cartridges I had received. The promised return label has not been sent, now 2 weeks. No-one at printerinks will reply to my e-mails. Shambles and appalling customer service. Also your ratings boxes below will ne allow my to enter a single "poor" against the headings”

“YOU HAVE SENT THE WRONG CYAN PRINTER CARTRIDGE THAT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE PRINTER WE HAVE, WE HAVE REPORTED THIS ISSUE BUT HAS NOT YEST BEEN RESOLVED, PLEASE SEND THE CORRECT PRINTER CARTRIDGE AS I SEEM TO BE JUST GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH EMAILS. THANKS”
