“I managed to wreck the colour cartridge, as there was a yellow sticker attached to the base in addition to the main sticker. When I pulled the yellow sticker off, half of the ink feeder came away, making it inoperable. Having an extra sticker is surely confusing.”

“only one of the black cartridges worked. Not a problem at my end as the printer was happy with one but said incompatible with the second. Three email to the help desk indicated but no reply. Normally very good so i waited to post this”
