“Hello I received an order for a set of cartridges for my printer but only revved the black cartridge. order 22381925 - PL-PI24330880 . I have had several email conversations explaining this on the 19 th 20th 23rd of Feb in which I was told its beeing felt with. I am now receiving emails saying the case is closing due to lack of response from me. However I have responded to all emails with no resolution to the issue . Could you please help with this matter. Many thanks . Best regards. Andy . I have tried to send an email with above commets, however it will not send saying the order number is incorrect despite it being copied from your email purchase note. Service seems to be unavailable if problems arise.”
