“The product is fine but the service was terrible. Added to which the price was high, presumably to pay for the multiple "free offers", none of which appealed to me in the least. Bad attitude to requests for information when goods failed to appear. I ultimately received them after EIGHT DAYS, not the 2-3 days quoted when I placed the order. It took the office several days to place the order with your warehouse.”
