“Placed an order for printer cartridges. The order was of sufficient value to allow me to choose a free gift. I chose a "Rechargable lint remover" , but when the item arrived it was not as described. It was Not Rechargable. The device does not contain any rechargable battery or the nessesary circuitry associated with a rechargable device. In fairness to Printerinks, I do not think they were aware of this problem until now. and I am in contact with them to remedy the situation. I have used Printer inks for many years and always very pleased with the service and cartridges I have purchased from them..”
