“Bought two. Neither would function in my HP printer. Went through your ‘procedure’ to get printer to recognise the cartridge but made no difference to either. Was told by your operator that some manufacturers have software to prevent anything other than one brand cartridges being used. If that’s the case, WHY IS IT NOT STATED ON YOUR WEBSITE THST THESE MAY NIT BE COMPATIBLE? Still waiting for my return label after two weeks and have opened a PayPal dispute for my refund. Hopeless product service - I will not buy from you again.”
