“The catridge will not align in my printer. The instructions supplied were largely in French and diagrams were also confusing. I have made many attempts to get it working but to no avail. Finally I went to Smiths and purchased a replacement which has aligned perfectly. I would like a refund of £30 please and will return the offending item if you tell me how and to what address and pay the postage. This is not up to the standard of my previoius purchases !”

“I purchased two ink jet cartridges, unfortunately one of them was faulty. After I had emailed a photo of a printout, printerinks sent me a replacement, which was received within a few days. Impressed with the service.”
