“None of the tri-colour printer cartridges work. I have followed instructions on how to remedy this problem several times but my documents which include 'Word', Excel and PDF files will only print in black and pink. Also the question below 'How is the quality' won't allow me to alter the answer, Same with the 'Performance' question. I've used Printerinks because they have a reasonable support email but this is failing me.”
