“This is a difficult problem for us. Since we had the HP Photosmart printer, the "original" cartridges work well and instantly! We have tried to use "re-used" catridges with a success rate of approx.60-65%;the only good thing regarding "refilled" units, is that we have experienced good compensation speed when running into trouble! We tried storing "refilled" when on special price offers; but when they were eventually used, and did not work, and asked for a refund, it was refused on the grounds of "Date of purchase"! So; at present we are trying a combination various strategies with Carridges; but we are sorly tempted to purchase a new printer with the option of just screwon ink reservours!”
