“I have bought two colour cartridges from your company for my HP Deskjet 3050A & cannot get either to operate on my printer. I have purchased you Black ink & it is working. I am getting an error message on my HP printer -" Tr-colot Cartridge Problem" & none of the buttons on the printer are operational i.e. I cannot get any reaction from the printer. I noticed the pattern of gold "dots" on the contact chip are different from the dots on my HP ink color cartridge - thats the strip which has the advice "do not remove" on it. your cartidge is on left with the "do not remove" tab on it & genuine HP cartidge is on the right hand side”
