“I have been purchasing ink cartidges from you for a good number of years without any problems. Unfortunately my printer stopped working a couple of weeks ago and was told by a friend that does my I. T. that it was probably the ink cartridges were the problem and low and behold it was the last cartridges that I purchased from yourselves the were half empty when they stopped working. The new ones are working just fine.”
