“Due to an oversight on my part, when I ordered two blank Cartridges, I automatically presumed I would as in past receive a third Cartridge I telephoned the help line, and the person anawered in the phone explained the new procedure and immediately said he would arrange for that third Cartidge to be sent. This arrived within 48 hours without any qualms or quibbles.”
