“I have only ordered twice so far. First was perfect no problems. Second time the toner had leaked within the packaging... I did not send back as I couldn't afford to wait any longer for printer access, so I have installed but probably won't have much time left before I need to purchase another. I did email about the problem but didn't receive a response”
