“Poor quality this time. The Brother keeps telling me to replace Toner, and it usually hasn't done that with compatible cartridges (although it regularly does with the drum). It has accepted the cartridge, because the previous one had obviously run out, but the print is faint even when I increase the density setting on the printer to the maximum. It's readable, but not much more than that. Compatibles vary, but yours have usually been better than this - and I've got 2 of the things. Just for my own research it's adequate, but not for hand-outs in the courses I run. Almost £40 for copies not fit to show anybody else? What is the point of the questions below, when I can't seem to click on anything less than three bars? It makes me wish I'd only given one star above.”

“I first tried to order on line but there was an issue with my credit card wishing to verify the payee. I spoke to a man in customer services who guided me through the process and was very helpful in enabling me to complete my order over the telephone. The toner cartridges I had ordered arrived promptly and I have had no issue with them.”
