“Hello I have just replaced a used Toner cartridge – and unfortunately am now getting a deep black line on the left and a faded line on the right (see attached photo) This happened immediately after a replaced the old Tomer (which had had no such line) The toner seems to be depositing on the roller in an uneven manner Please can you advise if you think this is a toner problem – or if the I need to replace the (black ) toner and the (Grey) tray Please can you advise as promptly as possible – as the printer is in constant use ! With best wishes”
