“Cartridges arrived late. When opened the cartridge b package containing the black ink was damaged.when opened the ink powder exploded and went everywhere. Have submitted several times consuming complaint calls and letters with photos but still no refund/ replacement. Poor quality. Poor service.”

“I have just ordered and received a new set of toners. My printer has not yet run out , so I can't verify that the new ones are working, but having used Printerinks many times, I am confident that will work as expected. Printerinks service and value for money have always been excellent.”

“The set was not from the same supplier (so not actually a set at all!) 2 of the toners worked just great, but 2 were unrecognised by the printer. So I’m waiting for the company to sort out, but you have to email a picture so they haven’t got back to me yet.”
