“I am really happy about the quality of this product. I did my half couch so far and it works well I tried spilling water on that half. I also like how it is non-toxic as we have pets and kids. I will be repurchasing again once I finish my sofa. I totally recommend”

I am so sorry. I responded to your leaked message on the 22nd but you don't seem to have received the response. Possibly it has gone into your spam folder?
I responded asking for you to send a photo of what you received in the box that it came in and the labels so we could rectify this for you.
You stated the box wasn't really well and we could follow up with Aus post to see if they repackaged the product.
Again I do apologise that you hadn't received my response but once you send the information through to me, I can fix this for you.

“We are a softball club that has white shirts these stain so much with sunscreen that we were all starting to look very shabby. I managed to remove most of the stains, then sprayed them with the protectant. 3 games in and there is little staining. The sunscreen has washed straight out. I am hoping to purchase this product for our club so our new shirts will remain PERFECT. I have also passed the details of your product to the shirt manufacturer and to other clubs that are having the same issues. Fingers crossed they will stay stain free.”
