I have sent through an email with a bit more info, however unfortunately the Australian supplier of Shaws doesn't sell spare parts as standalone items, only as part of the waste & overflow kit. We are only a retailer, not the supplier so unfortunately there's limited options for us in this situation, unless you purchase the sink from us and it is a warranty claim, in which case we're always happy to liaise with the supplier.

“A great, solid heavy weight hook with a beautiful finish! However, the screws that come with these are terrible! They are way too small to hold the weight of the hook, let alone what you will hang on them! They are black in colour also, not colour matched to the hook! Had to drill out holes and use different screws! Not great considering the price for these! A little disappointing!”

As you are an international customer, the Australia Post website may not show the tracking once it arrives in the US, however the tracking can be viewed on the USPS website. Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear these weren't suitable. I have sent you an email with a bit more information, but these hooks are not designed to hold towels or robes, they are tassel hooks to hold curtain tassels.
You can find robe hooks and coat hooks on our website which are more sutiable for this purpose.
