“I have bought "Blemished" or "Factory Seconds" but I suspect this box was a used return. The whole bottom was scratched. There was dirt and crushed up leaves under the lid around the controls. I was expecting something with a manufacturing defect like improperly printed graphics or a few scratches here or there, not a straight up used item. If I knew the condition it was going to arrive in I would have bought a new, less expensive item froma competior.
Update: from 1 star to 4, contacted company and they provided a refund with very little hassle. Thank you for yhe good customer service.”
“Works very well. One suggestion is to have an overflow drain hole so if you overflow it while filling it won’t get to the electronics. Also a lot nger hose would allow more water to heat from the sun.”

In regards to an overflow drain hole- we are pleased to let you know that there actually is one at the back of the unit so that any water that slips in between the tank and bucket can drain properly.
