“We enjoy the rinse kit, although we were expecting that the meter would work. (the light up to let you know voltage?) It does not. I am not sure if we can return, do I think we will just live with it. TO be cler, it doesnt really affect anything other than there is nothing to read. The shower does the job. Maybe next time I would save up for the brand new version. I guess I thought refurbished meant that it all worked well, they just had to fix it.”

“Reached out to Customer Support to have my shipping option changed and they were prompt in helping me do that. I took the RinseKit PRO camping to be used as a shower as well as for washing dishes, and it served in both of those tasks better than expected. For a battery powered pump I was surprised by the pressure that it produced in the shower and jet settings. My only suggestion would be to add a bit more space in the lid compartment for the hose and handle, as that can be a bit tight. Not a big deal though. I imagine in warmer months I'll get great use out of the RinseKit for beach trips. Great product!”
