“My RinseKit arrived in a box with no padding. Perhaps related to that, I found the voltmeter didn't work at all and emailed support right away. After several days and no response, I disassembled the RinseKit and fixed the problem myself (the voltmeter was completely unplugged).
While inside, I found that the upper tray part was not sealed against water splashing into the case, through the hose connection or any of the seams. Any water that gets inside the case stays there. So now I'm more careful when using or filling it, though I might try to seal it up better or add drain holes to the case.
All that said, it's really handy for hosing slush and salt off my bike after winter rides. It's simple enough that hopefully I can fix it if it breaks again down the line.”
“Love this product. I have a fairly unconventional use for it. My house has extremely hard water and I use this to wash my hair with distilled water so that my highlights don’t become doll, but it works fantastically. I put warm water in it and use it and wash my hair and it’s wonderful. It’s really easy to use and the battery seems to say charged.”
“Awesome rinse kit. Filled it with warm water before I went out Wing Foiling and rinsed off after my session with a warm shower. Excellent product! Thanks.”
“As a outdoor person who mountain bikes, camps, and hikes, the rinse kit pro is great. Holds enough water to rinse up after a muddy ride, rinse the dishes we cooked on and cools us down on a summer day. Love it”
“Just used it on an antelope hunt, and it worked great for keeping the meat and knives clean while field dressing. I did notice that once it got about 1/2-full, the spray power went down considerably.”
