Everyone came home perfectly mud free.the water pressure through my dogs coat worked great.Plus the water stayed warm all day! Support your local forest! Leave the mud there! Filled up at 0600. First use was 1400, and 1600. Was warm the whole time.”

In the event that the unit needs repaired or replaced within the warranty, you can fill out a form on our website so our team can assist you accordingly. We also provide out of warranty repair options! See below:
- If your battery powered RinseKit (RinseKit PRO, PRO PAK, Cube or Rack Shower) is no longer covered under warranty, don't worry, we offer repair services.
- If your RinseKit is malfunctioning or broken, we are happy to repair it for a fee of $40. Shipping it to us would be your responsibility, however once the repair is done, we will ship it back to you for free!
