I've purchased a RinseKit Pro and a HyperHeater through said website and items were delivered in a timely manner via UPS/FedEX, last iten purchased 2/2024. I purchased a RinseKit Cube over 2 weeks ago,4/2024, $400 isn't anything to ignore and item is in limbo, sent USPS. I suspect via 1 month barge to Hawaii. I'm calling out the company for not being transparent, if you want to save money, then at least give the consumer an option to upgrade in shipping options. Get with the program & humble beginnings RinseKit! USPS Tracking Number: 9434611105500518180440...Don't know where my item is and expect your company not to be concered. Just requeting a refund for your lack of planning.”
