“I am very thankful for my RinseKit. It has allowed me to shower with the water I prefer over the tap. However, when it arrived, there was water already inside and some grass on the shell. That implies, to me, that it had already been used and resold to me. If I’m wrong, I apologize, but that is the implication that was left with me. Great product, though. Thank you, RinseKit.”

“The concept of the Risecube is definitely groundbreaking. A 4-gallon compact-sized cube that can be easily stored in the cargo area, front seat, etc.
However, my experience with this product was disappointing. I received my order and found that there was water in it. I was told this is normal since it’s from testing their product before shipping out. Took about 1 hour of repeatedly moving the cube for the suction pipe to flush out all the water while pressing the hose nozzle at the same time. I then noticed that the back panel was bent. Didn’t think much of it nor did I think it would impact the performance. However, I was wrong.
I refilled the rinsecube with water up to 3.75 gallons using my measured-out water jug. 2 hours before leaving for our trip my wife pointed out that our carpet floor was drenched. I examined the cube and there was a slow leak out from the bottom left and right panel and a huge water loss due to the leak.
I refilled the rinsecube since we were committed to using the rinsecube for our camping trip and propped up the cube so that the leak would stop. 5 hours worth of driving to the camp spot I opened the cargo area and it was drenched even if I propped the cube for the leak to stop. However, most of the water I filled the cube with was gone and we were left with only 2 minutes worth of water to rinse supplies and our kids.
Hope they can improve how water is stored and flushed out. As mentioned this would be a groundbreaking product if it worked properly. I really wanted this product to work since it fit the needs I was usig it for. :(”
