“I opened the package as soon as it arrived and put water into it. Tested it out, and worked fine. I placed it on my counter and walked away for 10 minutes to find it leaking all the water on my counter and floor. The leak was from inside the cube in an area that is not and should have to be accessed for servicing. Getting ahold of customer service was not easy, but eventually was given an apology and provided a label to rerun the broken cube. I was also told a replacement would be sent out the next day. Over a week laster and additional follow up email, I have no new cube or response on the status of a working replacement. Over all, very disappointed in all aspects of this process. I would not recommend this item and would not recommend the company. Much more affordable options available.”
