“Recently got the rinse kit pro and even though it does what it’s supposed to do that quality really isn’t that great for the amount of money you have to pay for it. For example the motor that’s in there wasn’t even strapped down properly and made an a noxious noise and when I went to contact customer service I never got a response back.. so personally I am very disappointed with the product for that reason. Other than that it does have good pressure and stays consistent for the most part.”

“It's a pretty cool gadget with couple of pros and cons, definitely lots of room for improvement.
Pros:
- Refillable from anything (if you get a funnel)
- Water at pressure anytime you need it
- Best possible item for many user cases -- really does not have any alternatives
Cons:
- Fitment of part is so so kind of like tesla (not great)
- Hose is not interchangeable -- horrible
- Wish there was some kind of slow water setting something in between dribble and jet for washing hands and etc.
- using as seat does not feel too sturdy
- no battery percent, I guess to save money? but at this price point seems like the only people who are saving money is the manufacturer and not us
- needs some insolation to keep hot water hot longer without stepping up to the huge backpack
- Handle is not ergonomic -- hurts to carry longer than 2 minutes, might have to wrap it in a backpack handle myself
- Handle could pop out -- always scared of that therefore cannot carry it with confidence
- Hose storage is awkward -- takes like 2 minutes to put it away trying to fold hose so it fits and etc, really needs some kind of hose management so it goes away much quicker and always in the same way.
- Sometimes it dribbles when turned off unless the valve is shut thank god it doesn't dribble when it is shut
Hire me I am a UX/UI/Product designer I could have help out with most of these issues before it even hit the market, as they are obvious after 2 uses. This could be so much better but as of right now it wins for me as there is no real competition -- which could change overnight.”
“The kit leaks, badly (no, not the hole in the back). The customer support I got was, "yeah, it does that". Pretty freaking bummed with this product and the lost expense.”

“Very convenient, sufficient water pressure for what it’s intended for. I like that I can put hot water in it for a warm shower later after a beach day. Overall, very happy with it!”
“My Rinse Kit did not work when it arrived. As I am mechanically inclined and did not want to to go through the bother of returning the unit and waiting for a replacement I repaired it myself. After opening the cover I found that the back part of the power switch had come disconnected. So I would say quality control could be better.”

“Got a kit and was stoked on it immediately, however I filled up the product and overnight it leaked from the bottom and warped the wood of my floor boards. Definitely needs to be kept outside and seems not have great sealing.”
