“Love the idea of the rinse kit. Used it while camping for showers and cleaning things. Also use it after a long day of riding motorcycles. My only issue is the handle on the unit falls off almost every time I try to lift the container with water in it. Not sure if I just got a lemon unit or what, but it's very frustrating that the handle is almost useless and very fragile. That's my only complaint though.”
Hi Heath,
Thanks for leaving the PRO a review, so sorry to hear that the handle is not bearing the weight of the full PRO. Please reply to this email with your shipping address and we would be more than happy to send a higher-quality, sturdier replacement handle. Again I am very sorry for any issues this may have caused. We look forward to hearing from you.

“The rinse kit is really great. I use it for 4Runner living. The only thing that could improve the device: temperature control for the heating element that can be used with the rinse kit.
As I am vehicle living it would be great to use it year round. However I am hesitant of keeping the 110 heating rod in the rinse kit while I am at work.”
“Stoked with this cool portable shower! So far I've been filling it and keeping it in my car for post-surf rinsing. I like the convenience plus I'm saving water compared to the old jug method. It's new and still running on the initial charge that it came with, and you can monitor the charge status as you use it. Very happy with RinseKit's service and I look forward to seeing their next product innovation.”
“When I received my RinseKit Pro the pump did not work. The ground wire wasn’t connected. I attached the ground wire and now all is well. Now that it works it’s great but disappointed in the lack of quality control.”

“make a cap that fits old heater, you sent me a cap I made my own. I also made my own pressure adaptor for my old kit with a tire fill stem that I connected to the hose.”
