“This is a no brainer- love the design, functionality ease of purchase… I have the RinsKit PRO in the back passenger seat of my Tesla mostly for post dog park adventures with my Jack Russel and it works great. I also part-time live/camp in my car and will be essential for my own hygiene. I just may add the heating element in the future as well.”

“Unfortunately, I’m an overseas customer who waited long to get this Unit. Once received I read the Manual which claim the Unit should be charged, filled the tank with water and pressed the on/off button but no response. I then assumed it needs to be recharged, I did connect it to my 12v car for about 4 hours, pressed the on button again but still no indication for power..!! Then charged it using the wall charger cable provided (overnight) but still no response !!
The battery screen is off, the device is off and almost everything seems off, so couldn’t even try it..!!
I’am very disappointed…I will need a money refund covering all my costs to get it delivered all the way to Saudi Arabia. Or get a better deal if a new unit could be delivered to Saudi Arabia very fast.”
