“I've only used my unit about half dozen times and very satisfied overall. The lower rating is due to two issues. The spray nozzle developed a hairline crack which leaked badly when under pressure. Although grateful for a low cost replacement (should have been a warranty repacemeant) but the cost really made that a moot point. The rub was that shipping was more than the cost! The sprayer was never dropped or mishandled but was stored in a vehicle, maybe environmental conditions played a role but I'm doubting that and believe it was most likely a manufacturing defect. Hopefully the replacement is better. If so this is a good product that I never knew I needed :-)”

“Amazing company, rinse kit based locally right by me in Carlsbad. I ordered a new handle for my rinse kit and it ended up at my house the next day. Last time I ordered one the owner actually dropped one off on my porch which was just crazy. Love this company please support them! I use the rinse kit at the beach after surfing for rinsing off my feet and body. Works really really good on animals also”
